Need full-length recordings of talks, or coverage of several rooms running at the same time? Each needs its own camera, so additional camera operators and stills photographers can be arranged on request, quoted separately based on their rates.
Travel expenses outside Tokyo are charged at cost. Overseas events are quoted per trip. Prices exclude Japanese consumption tax where it applies.

Hi, I'm Niclas.
I'm a Swedish videographer and editor based in central Tokyo, with more than 20 years in the industry. I film events and interviews for international companies, and edit regular video series for clients in Europe and Asia.
Clients hire me because they get one reliable person who understands both sides: what a global brand expects, and how things get done in Japan.
Many relationships start with a single event in Tokyo. Once we have worked together, I also travel with clients to cover their events overseas, so the same person and the same look carry across their whole event calendar.
